An antique, 11 drawer sideboard with turned wooden feet.
This serving sideboard is in relatively good condition for its age, though there is some damage to the back upstand. There are three sections of drawers, four large three medium and four small cutlery-sized drawers. Each of the drawers has a glass, flower shaped handle, though we do not believe these are original.
The main body of the sideboard is pine, which has been coated in Shellac at some point in the past. The drawer fronts of the larger drawers are of mahogany. Two of the drawers have had locks, but these are now missing. There is some damage to the sideboard, as you would expect from a piece of furniture of this age, but we feel this only adds to its charm.
